Less guessing. More information. Greater peace of mind. 🚌💜💛

School Hours: 8:30 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
A few important reminders:
If you are dropping off your student in the morning, students must remain in their vehicles until Mr. G blows the whistle at 8:05 a.m. This procedure is in place for everyone’s safety. If you arrive early, please enter the drop-off line and wait for the whistle before allowing your student to exit.
For the first week of school, car riders will be released at 3:10 p.m. to help improve the flow of afternoon traffic.
Please review the Weekly Warrior for important information about navigating arrival and dismissal:

Okay—it may not be that entertaining, but trust me: watching it will help you and all our families “pop” in and out of the drop-off and pick-up lines more easily. Pun completely intended!

WUE Open House is TONIGHT!
We cannot wait to welcome our WUE families from 4:30–6:00 p.m. Come meet your student’s teachers, visit their classrooms, and receive important information from their House!
To help make it easier for you on your arrival to know where to go, I have included a Map of where the House Presentations are, and which teachers are in those Houses.
This should speed up your access to those locations.
This is the visual with the map with red circles on it, and the one labeled: Quick Guide.
Please remember that there is a specific schedule for the evening. Be sure to review the event times before arriving so you know which sessions work best for your family.

Attached, you will find a breakdown of both a 5th-grade and 6th-grade schedule, along with an explanation of how to read each one. We hope this guide makes your child’s schedule easier to understand as we prepare for the first day of school!

Thursday: 1:00–3:30 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Families are welcome to walk through the school, locate classrooms, and help students feel more comfortable before the first day.
Student schedules are now available through Student and Parent Connect for families who have completed the online Back-to-School Packet. If you have not completed it yet, please do so as soon as possible. Completing the packet is the only way to access your student’s schedule and teacher information.
Please remember that Walkthroughs are self-guided, and teachers will not be in the building. You can meet your student’s teachers at our Open House on Wednesday, September 2, from 4:30–6:00 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you at the WUE!

Students earn WUE Bucks for making positive choices and can spend them on snacks at WUEmart every Friday!
Families can help us stock the store in two ways:
Scan the QR code to place an order, and the items will ship directly to WUE.
You can also order by clicking this link too: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/154T2T67WDM20?ref_=wl_share
Donate full-size candy bars (chocolate, sour, gummy) or individual bags of chips purchased from any store.
Donations can be dropped off at the WUE Main Office during Walkthroughs, Open House, or anytime the office is open.
Thank you for helping us reward our students and start the year with a fully stocked WUEmart!
