Woodhaven Upper Elementary is teaming up with the Kiwanis Club and the Warrior Charity Club for a special hygiene drive! From now through April 27th, we are collecting essential items to support veterans at Piquette Square in downtown Detroit and our local shelters.

WUE Candy pick up tomorrow (Tues) from 8-830am in the main office. Parents or students can pick up. This is open to anyone wanting to sell candy, you don't need to be attending a trip.

House B beat out House F by 3% to take the Championship!
Mrs. Smith's class as well was the highest percent of students here this week from House B, so her homeroom class wins the crystal March Madness trophy and an ice cream sandwich celebration!

The March Madness Final Four was a tight contest but after a week long battle we have our Houses going into the Championship Week!
In the matchup of House B and House H- House B came out on top by 2.5%
In the matchup of House F and House D- House F came out on top by 2.4%
Great job everyone, and next week is our Championship Week where House B and House F will battle it out for the first ever March Madness Championship Trophy and the WUE Cup!

🍎 Inspiring the Next Generation of Teachers!
The new Future Educators Club at Woodhaven High School is already making an impact. Students recently completed their first clinical experience at Woodhaven Upper Elementary — stepping into classrooms, assisting teachers, and discovering what it’s really like to be at the front of the room.
From helping with math lessons to joining choir, gym, and world language classes, our future educators came back energized and excited for what’s next!
