WHS is participating in the annual An Apple for Ryan Food Collection drive Oct. 6-22. The 5th hour class to collect the most nonperishable food will win a pizza party. We encourage students to bring in food to help local food pantries that assist families in need. Please encourage your students to participate.

We’ll be trading the football field for your street as we play, march, and raise funds to help support students involved in the program.

The (KSM) Kindness Squad of Michigan and Kiwanis Club of Woodhaven the opportunity to spread the love and help people throughout our community. Attached you will see the “Sock”tober event flyer. We here at KSM are super excited to partner with the Kiwanis Club of Woodhaven for this event and future events. These socks will be distributed with the apples for Ryan collection in October. In the flyer you will find the new addition of Kiwanis and also our KSM QR code that will direct the public to our facebook page.
School lunch exhibition station tomorrow. It is Chicken Street Tacos with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans. WHS is lucky to have great lunch food. This is one of the many free lunch options.

Woodhaven High School will be testing our new Centegix alarm system on Wednesday, September 24, around 9:45 AM.
During this test, neighbors may hear an alarm and a repeated lockdown message. Please know this is only a drill and part of our ongoing commitment to student and staff safety.
