One mole contains exactly 6.02214076×10²³ atoms, molecules, ions, or other particles. A mole is equal to the atomic mass (from the periodic table) in grams and is used to make many predictions and calculations in Chemistry.

Wellness Wednesday After working hard and having completed their stress management presentations, Life Skills students at Brownstown Middle School were able to practice some of the strategies they learned while rotating through stress management stations (art and creativity, movement, relaxation, journaling, and charades.) Students learned and put into practice ways to manage your stress and anger, in a healthy, productive way.
