Last week, the halls of WBSD schools were buzzing with excitement as we welcomed some extra special guests for Take Your Child to Work Day! Kids had the unique opportunity to step into their parents’ shoes, lend a helping hand, and even enjoy some hands-on learning experiences. At WHS, our young visitors explored the dental lab, food lab, and more—jumping into fun, interactive activities across the building. It was a memorable day filled with smiles, curiosity, and Warrior pride!

💰 Real-Life Lessons for WHS Seniors! 🧾 On April 21, Woodhaven High School seniors participated in the Financial Reality Fair, sponsored by Community Choice Credit Union. 💳💼 Students stepped into the "real world" by visiting stations that challenged them to balance a budget based on their chosen careers and lifestyle choices — from housing and transportation to groceries and entertainment. 🏠🚗🍕🎉 A big thank you to the community members and volunteers who shared their time and expertise to make this experience meaningful and memorable for our students. 🙌💜 #WarriorWay #WhyWBSD #WHSFutureReady #FinancialLiteracy #CommunityPartners #RealWorldReady

🐣🐰The Easter Bunny hopped into Mrs. Weitzel's kindergarten classroom at Gudith Elementary last week.

Young Fives students in Mrs. Revoir's class at Erving Elementary celebrated Spring with a Bunny Brunch. The students dyed Easter eggs, went on an egg hunt, and ate healthy snacks! Everyone has had a “HOPPIN’” good time!!
