After 15 years of dedicated leadership, Superintendent Mark Greathead has announced his retirement, effective June 30, 2026.
Under his guidance, WBSD has grown academically, expanded opportunities for students, enhanced facilities, and strengthened its financial foundation. We are deeply appreciative of his service and look forward to celebrating his impact with our community.

WUE Popcorn Fundraiser Distribution of Funds Update:
đź’ś The sale ended on Monday the 17th because it was extended. *great news* :)
💜 For PTO to get the funds, we had to do a test deposit/return- that has been completed now. ✅️
đź’ś Double Good hasn't sent the funds to us yet or the sales breakdown for each seller.
đź’ś While we wait for that deposit and sales report, if all parents could send an email to wuepto@wbsdweb.com stating their student's name, grade, homeroom teacher, and if they want a check issued to YOU or if you want us to submit it to Student Adventures (for 6th grade) or the Board Office (for 5th grade) to be applied to your account.
đź’ś Once those checks have been issued, we will confirm. ;)

The WUE has a couple of turkeys left if anyone is in need of one for Thanksgiving, or you know of a family in need.
