🥣🍽️ Cereal + Service = FUN at Gudith! Our Gudith student leaders had an awesome idea to promote the Kiwanis Cereal Drive—a Domino Train challenge! 🚂📦 Each classroom collected cereal boxes, and the one with the most got to set up an epic cereal domino course in the gym. Congrats to Mrs. Richter's first graders for collecting 38 boxes and winning the challenge! 🐷✨ Mrs. Cavazos' (who is addressed by her students at Ms. Brandy) GSRP classroom had a blast celebrating the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s (NAEYC) Week of the Young Child — with a Three Little Pigs twist! 🐖🐖🐖📚 Each day was filled with themed activities that brought the story to life and encouraged creativity, collaboration, and family fun: 🎶 Music Monday: Instruments to retell the classic tale. 🍬 Tasty Tuesday: Delicious treat inspired by the pigs' straw, stick, and brick houses. 🏗 Work Together Wednesday: Teamed up to build our own houses out of straw, sticks, and bricks! 🎨 Artsy Thursday: Created our very own Huff and Puff books using blow art.
