Members of our Board of Education, former Superintendent Mark Greathead, staff, families, and community members joined us to celebrate these exciting bond projects and the many new and renovated spaces now ready for our students.
✨ From brand-new SMART Labs and learning spaces to updated classrooms, renovated cafeterias, new art and music rooms, kindergarten classrooms, improved entrances, parking lots, outdoor spaces, and so much more—these projects represent a tremendous investment in our students and their future.

Through lessons on the Declaration of Independence, hands-on colonial activities, and a special visit from the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Monguagon Chapter, students explored early American history before designing their own flags to represent Bates Elementary. ❤️🤍💙
The winning flag will proudly fly above Bates Elementary next school year as a symbol of school pride, creativity, and patriotism! 🎉🦅
