Frequently Asked Questions

Payment Schedule:
Payments are due by 11:59pm every Tuesday via your online account. You always have the option of carrying a balance in your account. We always suggest checking your online account every Tuesday though just to avoid any unnecessary late fees. Sorry, no cash or checks accepted at sites.
FIA/DHS/Third Party Payments:
We gladly accept FIA/DHS. Families will be responsible for 100% of the payments until FIA/DHS begins. Please fax all award letters to 734.379.7071. Call the Champions district office at 734.379.7070 for additional information and policies.
Holidays and Short School Weeks:
Christmas Break and Spring Break are the only non-charge weeks. All other weeks are considered normal tuition weeks. You always have the option of conducting a schedule change on your account when a short school week occurs. All families have unlimited schedule changes, you may also use the custom schedule feature which allows you to make schedule changes for months in advance.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Snow and inclement weather days are all normal charge days.
Professional Development and Early Release Days:
We always attempt to operate during professional development and half days of school. You will see a sign-up sheet posted in your program for all of these. We will need a pre-determined amount of children in order to operate any non-school day or half day program. Champions will give ample notice if we are unable to operate.
Licensing:
All Champions sites are licensed by the State of Michigan. We are regulated and abide by all state guidelines. You can find license information and license numbers in the family communication area located at each site.
Sign-in/Sign-out Policy:
All children must be signed in and out by an adult daily. For the safety of all children, we require that they always be accompanied by an adult. No Exceptions! Children will not be released to any individual not on the emergency card or under the age of 18.
Snacks:
After school snacks are always provided. If your child has any food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please be sure to make us aware of that. Families are more than welcome to provide snack for their children as well.

2) Select Account Login
3) Select Extended Day Online Account Management
4) Select Create A New Account and complete the registration information
5) You will receive an email with a temporary login and password after registering
6) Use this temporary login and password to sign in and complete the enrollment process
