I've been an athletic trainer since January 2000 I have started off my career in the high school setting and moved to my current setting in 2014.
I spent 3 years at Wayne Memorial High School and 10 years at Wyandotte Roosevelt High School. I started focusing on post ACL rehab during my first few years at Wyandotte where they average 3 non contact injuries a year. I was going back for my masters and applied all the research for my degree to everything ACL. It became a true passion for me. I wanted to "fix" what was happening to the athletes and little did I know there was no easy fix.
Fast forward to 2024 and I've been at my gym for 10 years. I've been able to help so many athletes reach goals they never thought they would happen because of their ACL injury. I love the challenges of ACL injuries and look forward to helping athletes that come though my gym doors. I'm excited to be apart of the Woodhaven Sports Medicine Team!
